What You Will Work On
As an Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, from maintaining office operations to coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing excellent reception services, handling confidential information with discretion, and assisting with presentations and reports.
What You Will Do
Manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate meetings, and handle travel logistics
Process and reconcile expenses using Concur
Support internal communications and assist with event planning and team coordination
Prepare presentations and documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Campaign Monitor
Ensure accuracy and follow-through across multiple tasks and stakeholders
Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams and external partners
What You Bring
Previous experience supporting senior executives in an administrative capacity
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Energetic, driven, and eager to learn
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with Concur, Campaign Monitor, and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience at Nike, Converse, or in a retail/product creation environment is a plus
