Assistant Project Manager

Remote / 2 year contract / $33-43/hr DOE


Sapphire Recruitment is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support clean energy incentive operations. This is a remote, full-time (40 hours/week) assignment supporting program execution, process improvements, and knowledge management.



This contract role is expected to last at least two years.



What You’ll Do

• Review incentive applications and support timely processing
• Prepare and execute award letters, assignments, modifications, and extension requests
• Help develop and organize Standard Operating Procedures
• Support operational process development and an internal information center/Knowledgebase
• Partner with program staff on additional operational priorities as needed

What You Bring

• 1–3+ years of related experience in operations, program support, project coordination, or administration
• Working knowledge of Oracle, PeopleSoft, or a similar system with high-volume data entry
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple systems and databases
• Ability to learn program rules quickly and apply them accurately
• Strong writing, communication, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
