Job Description

We're looking for candidates with some residential sales experience (solar, pest control, internet, security, home improvement). No degree, water experience, or formal sales training is required.

What You Need :

• Great rapport-building skills
• Valid driver's license, comfortable with evening appointments

What You'll Do :

• Run pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers' homes
• A steady stream of company-generated leads
• Freedom to produce new leads through referrals, events, and networking, so you’re never capped on income
• Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing
• Design customized Culligan water treatment solutions solving real household problems (hard water damage, scale buildup, contamination concerns)
• Close same-day using a consultative approach (complete training provided)
