Drive global drug safety with precision-join us as Associate Director, Clinical Safety Scientist!

R&D Partners is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Safety Scientist to support safety surveillance and risk management across early, late-stage, and post-marketing clinical programs. This role will collaborate with safety physicians and cross-functional teams to ensure benefit-risk oversight throughout the product lifecycle.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct signal detection, evaluation, and risk mitigation activities.
• Author aggregate safety reports, including DSURs and PBRERs.
• Respond to health authority queries and ad-hoc safety requests.
• Review and update safety sections of study documents (e.g., ICFs, CSPs, CSRs).
• Contribute to regulatory submissions, including CTD, RMPs, and CCDS.
• Support Safety Management Team meetings and documentation.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) during audits and inspections.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• PharmD, PhD, or Master's degree in life sciences.
• 6-9 years of experience in clinical safety or pharmacovigilance.
• Strong understanding of global safety regulations and risk management.
• Oncology trial experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
