Education Enrichment Services is looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for helping others, an ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients, expertise in behavior modification techniques, and an interest in serving the community.
Responsibilities:
- Implement appropriate behavioral techniques to support a variety of behavioral needs.
- Perform routine monitoring of the patient's physical and mental condition.
- Maintain documentation of clinical observations.
- Conduct routine tests, recordings, and evaluations of patient responses.
- Perform interventions based on orders or as part of a regimen.
- Communicate well with a diverse population of individuals and families.
- Emphasize the importance of treatment adherence to aid in educational access.
Job Type: Independent Contractor
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
