Bilingual Part-Time Membership Recruiter (Contract Role)

$20/hour | Part-Time | Evenings & Weekends | Seasonal (through November)
Locations: Denton, Lewisville, Frisco, Prosper and The Colony.
Imprimis Group is hiring outgoing, community-focused Spanish
Bilingual Membership Recruiters to support local recruitment events throughout the Dallas area. This
seasonal, part-time role is ideal for college students or anyone seeking flexible supplemental work.
Key Responsibilities: - Host 1–2 engaging recruitment events per shift in community locations (e.g., schools, libraries).
- Promote program membership and recruit adult volunteers.
- Lead interactive activities for youth and caregivers.
- Capture leads, assists with sign-ups, and provides follow-up support.
- Collaborate with local staff to meet outreach goals.
What We’re Looking For/Requirements:
- Strong communication & people skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable working independently in the community.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- Clear background and available immediately.
