Join our Digital Assets Engineering team to design, develop, and secure smart contracts powering tokenization, custody, and settlement solutions. You will work on cutting-edge blockchain integrations within a regulated financial environment, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

Rate: $90 - $99 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:• Design and implement secure, efficient smart contracts for tokenization and digital asset workflows
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to integrate contracts with EVM-compatible chains and enterprise systems
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with internal security standards
• Implement automated testing frameworks for smart contract deployments
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities and engage in external security vendor audit of our smart contracts
• Optimize performance and scalability for high-volume transaction environments
Experience Requirements:• 3+ years of development experience in blockchain and smart contracts
• Proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development
• Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, and EVM-based platforms
• Strong understanding of tokenization standards (e.g., EIP-7702, EIP-712, ERC-1451)
• Knowledge of cryptographic principles, MPC, and secure key management
Preferred Experience
• Financial services or regulated environments

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
