We’re seeking Entry-Level Business Development Associates to join our fast-paced team supporting purpose-driven organizations, nonprofits, and ethical brands. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and a desire to learn and lead in the areas of sales, outreach, and client relationship management .
What You'll Do
As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a key role in expanding our clients’ reach by:
Representing well-known nonprofit and ethical brand partners at live events, pop-ups, and outreach campaigns
Engaging directly with potential supporters, donors, or customers through face-to-face conversations
Building and nurturing relationships to increase awareness, drive revenue, or inspire support
Supporting campaign strategy through market research, prospecting, and reporting
Participating in ongoing training sessions focused on business development, communication, and sales techniques
Collaborating with the team to meet performance goals and identify growth opportunities
