Job Description

We are a growing event marketing and fundraising organization dedicated to supporting nonprofit and charity partners through impactful community events and outreach campaigns. Our team helps raise awareness, increase donor engagement, and make a meaningful difference through hands-on, high-energy event experiences.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Charity Event Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others, enjoy working at live events, and want to build a fulfilling career in nonprofit fundraising, event marketing, and community engagement. No experience required — paid training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing charity events and fundraising campaigns

  • Engage with attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly and professional manner

  • Provide information about nonprofit partners, charity programs, and fundraising initiatives

  • Support event logistics including setup, breakdown, registration, and activity coordination

  • Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and mission-focused environment at each event

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth event operations

  • Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting as needed

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with the public

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, professional, and motivated to make an impact

  • Previous event or customer service experience is a bonus—not required

  • Passion for charity work, community involvement, and helping others
