JOB REQUIREMENTS: Sibling Childcare Provider Location: Eau Claire, WI
Wage: \$17.70 per hour Schedule: 10 hours per week -weekday mornings Monday through Friday 6:15/6:30am to 8:30am We are seeking a reliable and experienced Childcare Provider to support a young brother-sister pair in their home in Eau Claire during weekday mornings. This role focuses on helping the children get ready for school, offering gentle supervision, providing consistent reminders to stay on task, and supporting emotional regulation in a calm, positive manner. The boy enjoys: sports(baseball), video games, and YouTube/tv shows. The girl enjoys: art, bubbles, dolls, sports (basketball) and YouTube/tv shows. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Prior experience working with children, particularly school-age A calm, confident, and consistent demeanor Excellent time management and organizational skills Patience and a warm, encouraging attitude Ability to model and support emotional regulation techniques Strong communication skills with both children and parents Key Responsibilities: Provide morning supervision and care in the family\'s home Assist children with their morning routines (e.g., hygiene, dressing, breakfast) Keep them on track with time-sensitive tasks to ensure an on-time departure Offer calm, supportive guidance during moments of emotional stress Foster a positive and structured environment before school To apply: send resume to heidibu@consumerdirectcare.com *If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
