We are currently seeking Construction Technicians - Laborers  with a valid Class A or B CDL license  to join our team in Miami, FL . As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting the vacuum truck and CCTV inspection crews for various municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects. This position requires working with minimal oversite while still adhering to instructions closely.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license , and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay is $20.00-$30.00 per hour dependent upon experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn/train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and use of equipment
• Drive various vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
• Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot and perform authorized field repairs to camera’s, robots and ancillary equipment; such as, cables, connectors and reel
• Work with supervisors, clients, peers, and home owner
• Ability to train to become a CCTV Technician or Vac-Truck Operator
• Other tasks, as assigned

What We Need From You:

• Experience working in an outdoor underground construction environment, preferably with CIPP, water, or sewer utilities is preferred
• Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required)
• Willing and able to drive various construction vehicles
• Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
• Comfortable working in and around sewer and storm drains
• Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
• Must be able to travel throughout Florida as needed
