Position Details

The Department of Theatre & Dance in the College of Arts and Letters at The University of Tampa invites applications for part-time instruction in Dance.

Responsibilities include:

1. Create syllabus and course related materials.

2. Teach course(s) according to departmental guidelines.

3. Be able to provide meeting times for students outside of class.

4. Complete course grading and submit final grades through the on-line system.

The successful candidate will have:

1. Master of Fine Arts in Dance.

2. A minimum of a Bachelor of Arts, or commensurate professional experience, in specialty dance techniques such as West African, Hip Hop, Ballroom, or Tap.

3. College level teaching experience; experience teaching dance classes preferred.
