In this role, you will contribute directly to the performance and optimization of digital marketing campaigns by analyzing complex data sets and uncovering insights that fuel strategic decision-making. You will work closely with other analysts to investigate issues, evaluate opportunities, and support enhancements across products and data processes. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to manage multiple fast-paced workstreams, and the capacity to convert technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations. You will play a central role in understanding trends, identifying growth levers, and improving the effectiveness of campaign strategies. Through a combination of deep data exploration, collaboration, and critical thinking, you will help drive measurable business performance.

Accountabilities

• Analyze user interaction and outcomes data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive business impact.
• Ensure data is accurately modeled and integrated across multiple sources to support diverse business questions.
• Partner with senior analysts to design, size, prioritize, and execute tests that measure the effectiveness of new strategies.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-makers.
• Support ongoing analysis of campaigns and portfolios across multiple product types.
• Contribute to improving data processes, accuracy, and data accessibility across teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a data analytics or marketing analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage parallel analytical workstreams.
• Excellent quantitative, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to business stakeholders.
• Interest in financial services, insurance, or digital marketing analytics is a plus.

Benefits

• Expected salary range: 85,000–120,000 USD annually, based on experience and geographic location.
• Eligibility for performance bonuses or commissions, as well as restricted stock units.
