  • Participate in change‑management processes and ensure all documentation is properly maintained.
  • Support disaster‑recovery planning and implementation for data‑warehouse components.

Impact Analysis & Technical Consulting

  • Analyze the impact of system changes, new legislation, business‑process changes, and enhancement requests on existing solutions.
  • Provide estimates, technical recommendations, and input for planning and budgeting activities.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training.
  • 6+ years of experience building data‑warehouse BI solutions, including ETL, data‑mart development, reporting, and dashboards.
  • 2+ years of experience in child‑welfare, juvenile‑justice, or related human‑services domains.

Technical Skills

  • Strong SQL proficiency, including experience working with Teradata tools such as SQL Assistant or Teradata Studio.
  • Proven experience developing ETL processes, data marts, and physical data‑warehouse models.
  • Understanding of DW concepts, relational modeling, reconciliation techniques, and performance optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with architects and DBAs on secure and scalable database designs.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including problem identification, fact‑gathering, and solution design.
  • Comfortable leading meetings, explaining technical topics, and presenting to leadership groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with structured project‑management or Agile methodologies such as PMM/SUITE/Agile.

  • Familiarity with test‑plan development, QA processes, and incorporating security requirements.
