So, join our team and find your place, because here...we're all in good company. **What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment** + Create, modify and manage website content. Author pages and elements throughout the brand website using Sitecore Content Management System (CMS). + Implement recommendations to improve organic search as directed by our SEO agency. Includes but is not limited to meta data and copy updates. + May write content for select web pages or request copy writing from internal and/or external agencies. + Provide website quality assurance and testing by monitoring the site on a regular basis and making recommendations for enhancements as well as fix content problems, including broken links, typographical errors, and formatting inconsistencies. + Ensure online menu copy and images are consistent across platforms and in sync with the print core menu. + Add promotional menu items to the seasonal landing pages and incorporate throughout other menu sections as well as to external menu content vendors. **Coordinates Email Marketing Initiatives** + Become familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as well as stay abreast of best practices for Email Marketing. + Test email campaigns, gather approvals from various stakeholders, and consolidate feedback for email vendor. + Ensure all subscriber lists are uploaded on a regular basis to database. This may include updating directly to the database or forwarding to vendor for upload. Work with the Marketing Manager for New Units to schedule emails and coordinate with the email agency to create and deliver appropriately. + Assist email vendor with any resources or internal coordination they need to ensure success campaigns. + Work with Ecommerce team on creation and delivery of transactional emails including but not limited to abandoned cart, account creation, and order and delivery confirmations. **Image and Asset Management** + Manage the media library within Sitecore CMS. This includes uploading images in an organized folder structure and adding meta data. + Identify different images or assets needed to support online ordering, brand website, and email campaigns. + Request images/assets from external and/or internal agencies to support online ordering, brand website, and email campaigns. + Complete basic image editing tasks such as cropping, resizing and file size optimization. **Blog Strategy and Content** + Partner with digital team and agency to formalize blog content strategy. Coordinate blog editorial calendar in partnership with digital marketing team. Coordinate and follow up on guest blog posts and/or ghost write for others in the organization. + Write copy for the Cracker Barrel Lifestyle blog and post copy to the blog website. **Reporting and Data Analysis** + Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting of marketing metrics. May include pulling data from Google Analytics, Brandify, BrightEdge, Single Platform, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. + Manage UTM tag protocols to ensure that Web and Email links are tagged correctly to measure campaigns and revenue. May include creating UTMs and working with external vendors on compliance. + Use the BrightEdge platform to gain a better understand of organic search performance and related efforts.
