Document Control Inspector (Contract)

Location: Lancaster, CA.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (5/40).

Assignment Type: Contract.

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Work Environment: Onsite only.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Inspector to support a major public infrastructure program. This role is responsible for reviewing, tracking, and validating project documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in a structured, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify project documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Ensure documents meet quality standards prior to submission.
• Maintain document logs, version control, and tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to update and distribute controlled documents.
• Support audits and project close-out documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in document control, records management, or quality inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with standard office and document management software.
• Clear communication skills and strong follow-through.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Lancaster, CA.
