What You'll Be Doing:

• Making and receiving calls from donors
  
  

• Providing friendly, informative, and respectful service
  
  

• Recording donor information accurately
  
  

• Following up to ensure a positive giving experience
  
  

• Meeting performance goals with support and coaching
  
  

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED
  
  

• 6+ months of remote customer service OR 1 year in-person customer service experience
  
  

• Excellent communication skills
  
  

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  
  

• Quiet and private home workspace
  
  

• Flexible schedule availability (evenings/weekends may be needed)
  
  

Equipment Requirements:

• Windows 11 PC or laptop (Macs/Chromebooks not supported)
  
  

• Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB is even better)
  
  

• Dual monitors (a bonus, not required to apply)
  
  

• USB noise-canceling headset (not needed to apply)
  
  

• Hardwired internet connection (preferred, not required to apply)
