What You'll Be Doing:
Making and receiving calls from donors
Providing friendly, informative, and respectful service
Recording donor information accurately
Following up to ensure a positive giving experience
Meeting performance goals with support and coaching
High School Diploma or GED
6+ months of remote customer service OR 1 year in-person customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Quiet and private home workspace
Flexible schedule availability (evenings/weekends may be needed)
Windows 11 PC or laptop (Macs/Chromebooks not supported)
Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB is even better)
Dual monitors (a bonus, not required to apply)
USB noise-canceling headset (not needed to apply)
Hardwired internet connection (preferred, not required to apply)
Starting Pay: $14–$15/hr
Work from Anywhere (U.S. only)
