Door-to-Door Canvasser

Kaiser Siding & Roofing – Charlotte, NC

Kaiser Siding & Roofing is growing in the Charlotte market, and we’re looking for energetic, people-loving communicators to join our canvassing team. If you enjoy being outdoors, striking up conversations, and representing a trusted brand, this role might fit you better than a new roof fits a well-measured home.

What You’ll Do

Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to introduce Kaiser Siding & Roofing services
Create interest in inspections and schedule follow-up appointments for our sales team
Share information about our roofing, siding, and storm restoration solutions
Track leads and conversations with accuracy (bonus points if you treat checklists like they’re a competitive sport)
Represent the Kaiser brand with professionalism, positivity, and reliability

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills — you can talk to anyone
A self-starter who thrives outside the office
Positive attitude and resilience (knocking doors builds character and biceps… sort of)
Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors
No roofing experience required — we provide full training
