Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV Solution Architect – Presales Specialist

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV and a strong background in presales consulting. This role is pivotal in bridging client business needs with technical solutions, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring successful ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
Lead the design of end-to-end ERP solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Analyze client business processes and map them to Business Central functionalities.
Define integration strategies with other Microsoft products (Power Platform, Azure) and third-party systems.
Create architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and configuration documentation.
Presales Engagement
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft tailored ERP proposals.
Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions.
Prepare effort estimates, solution blueprints, and ROI justifications.
Present solutions to technical and business stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Delivery Support
Work closely and lead the implementation teams to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with client expectations.
Provide guidance on data migration, customization, and performance optimization.
Support UAT, training, and go-live planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of ERP experience, with at least 5 years in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
3+ years in presales or solution consulting roles.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-800, MB-300) preferred.
Experience with industries such as manufacturing, retail, or services is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and service management modules.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business value narratives.
Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, and Azure services.
Work Environment
Remote work option available.
Occasional travel for client meetings and workshops.
