Amazon Listing Specialist to ensure quality, accuracy, and optimization across clients’ product catalogs on the Amazon platform.

🎯
What You’ll Be Doing - Optimize product listings using accurate descriptions, images, and company best practices for assigned clients
- Upload and maintain product details on Amazon, including specs, images, and copy
- Ensure listing accuracy and compliance , proactively identifying and correcting missing or incorrect information
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve catalog issues quickly and effectively
- Implement strategies to reduce errors and improve listing quality and consistency
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to support catalog growth and performance
✅ What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience managing and optimizing Amazon listings or in a related eCommerce role
- Proficient in Amazon platform practices , with sound judgment in applying methods to meet client and project needs
- Detail-oriented with experience in quality assurance, data entry, or compliance-related tasks
- Strong analytical skills , with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities , ensuring clear collaboration and efficient workflow

Compensation Transparency We’ve listed a broad salary range of $55,000-$65,000/year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
