ERP Analyst (Business Central) - Des Plaines - $90k

Our client is on the hunt for an IT Systems Analyst who's part tech whisperer, part project wrangler, and full-on systems superhero. You'll be the go-to for keeping our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce platforms running smoothly and yes, you'll get to play with EDI integrations too.

If you're into solving puzzles, leading cross-functional projects, and making tech work for real people (not just IT folks), this is your jam. Bonus points if you speak fluent Jira, Confluence, and Power Platform.

What you'll do:

* Own and optimize our core business apps (D365, Salesforce, SPS Commerce).
* Lead projects that make systems smarter and teams happier.
* Document like a pro and collaborate like a champ.

What you bring:

* 4+ years of wrangling apps and managing IT projects.
* Microsoft Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV) expereince is required
* Salesforce experience is a big plus
* Experience with EDI integrations is a nice to have
* A knack for translating tech into business value.
