We are seeking a motivated Event Specialist to help plan, execute, and elevate our events in Austin, TX. You will play a key role in coordinating logistics, managing event schedules, and ensuring every experience reflects the high standards of Beloform Craft. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, organization, and a proactive mindset are essential.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution
Manage vendor relationships and contracts
Oversee event logistics, including setup, operations, and breakdown
Ensure events meet company standards and client expectations
Collaborate with internal teams to align on event objectives
Track event budgets and timelines efficiently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
