Description of the role: The Automotive Reconditioning / Detail Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the reconditioning and detailing operations within Gray Chevrolet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This role involves ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned and reconditioned to the highest standards before being presented to customers. Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of reconditioning and detail technicians, and Drivers
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for vehicle cleaning and reconditioning
• Inspect vehicles to ensure quality control
• Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to prioritize vehicle cleaning and reconditioning

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive reconditioning and detailing
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Must have a current Drivers License
• Pass a Drug Screening
