JOB TITLE: Extrusion Operator

LOCATION: Sparta, NJ

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Fabricate thermoplastic products meeting customer quality standards.
• Follow process instructions and work orders precisely.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, material usage, and time.
• Perform visual inspections, testing, and document results.
• Ensure part traceability and proper identification.
• Keep work area and material storage clean and organized.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and industry regulations.
• Use proper equipment and packaging as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in thermoplastic manufacturing/ plastics required
• Strong organizational and task prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to quality improvement and attention to detail.
• Adaptable to changing work environments and competing demands.
• Takes responsibility for own actions.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Frequently lifts/moves up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.

HOURS: 7am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday (temporary 3-4 month minimum, could go perm for the right fit)
