Farm Equipment Operator position available on 10,000 acre family farm in Northwest Kansas. Primarily dryland wheat, corn, and grain sorghum with one central pivot. The operation uses the latest John Deere equipment, has a heated shop that is kept well organized and clean to increase efficiency. Owners are looking for individuals who have a love of farming and are self-motivated. The operation also runs 300 to 400 head of steers that are out on grass from March to August. The owners respect their employees and have a history of low employee turnover. Salary based on experience. Housing, utilities and insurance provided. Two week paid time off per year.
