Job Description

We are seeking 2027 graduates who do not plan to pursue a Master's degree program after graduation.

The Role

As a Blue Ops intern, you’ll join a rotational program that provides exposure to multiple areas of our business, including M&A deals, FP&A, Accounting, Data Science, and Operations. Throughout the internship, you’ll strengthen your technical and analytical skills using tools like Power BI as well as our proprietary Diligent and Catalyst software.

This internship offers a unique and dynamic opportunity within a growing, multi-faceted business serving the private equity and investment banking industries. As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, modeling, and business process support. You’ll also act as a valued partner to investment banking, private equity, and corporate clients on software implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational and financial data to provide insights for M&A and FP&A engagements.
  • Assist with financial modeling and due diligence in support of client M&A efforts.
  • Prepare client-facing presentations and participate in key meetings.
  • Support monthly close processes and provide meaningful analysis to management.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and client deliverables.
  • Participate in industry case studies to broaden your skillset.
  • Collect, manipulate, and structure data from various sources to create actionable insights for clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Junior standing, pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Alteryx is a plus.
  • Willingness to develop technical skills with tools such as Diligent, Catalyst, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work independently while thriving in a team environment.
  • A strong drive for growth, success, and advancement within the organization.
