Job Summary:

They are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and customer-focused Flooring Inside Sales Coordinator to join their sales team. This position is responsible for providing inside sales support, managing customer inquiries, assisting in the sales process, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and the customer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of flooring products, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Interaction: Answer incoming customer calls and emails, providing product information, price quotes, and addressing customer inquiries regarding flooring options and services.
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of flooring products, installation processes, and industry trends to effectively guide customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
* Order Processing: Manage and enter customer orders into the system accurately, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with warehouse and installation teams.
* Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate product availability, stock levels, and timely order fulfillment.
* Sales Reporting: Track sales activity, customer interactions, and progress toward sales goals; generate reports as needed for management.
* Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team, operations, and warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus).
* Product Knowledge: Familiarity with flooring products, installation processes, and design options is highly desirable.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
* Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM software and order management systems is a plus.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to achieving sales targets.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and provide timely solutions to customers' challenges.
