Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a strong background in Manufacturing modules and processes . The consultant will be responsible for engaging with business stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, configuring Business Central, and ensuring successful solution delivery for manufacturing-focused business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirement-gathering sessions with business users to understand manufacturing, production, and supply chain processes.
Configure and implement core Business Central modules (Manufacturing, Production Orders, BOM, MRP, Shop Floor, Inventory, Costing, etc.).
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for development and integrations.
Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training.
Support data migration and post-implementation stabilization.
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with operational goals and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV implementations.
Proven functional expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules .
Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP processes : procurement, production, inventory, costing, and sales.
Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, and go-live support .
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.
Experience with integration between Business Central and other enterprise systems (CRM, PLM, etc.).
Exposure to Power Platform and Reporting tools (Power BI).
