Job Description

looking for an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead initiatives across clinical systems, digital transformation, and healthcare operations. The PM will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure successful delivery of healthcare technology projects within compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for healthcare IT and clinical system initiatives.
• Develop project plans, define scope, deliverables, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with healthcare objectives.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation in accordance with PMO standards.
• Drive process improvement and ensure compliance with HIPAA, HL7, and healthcare data standards .
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Support implementation of EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.) or healthcare analytics platforms.
• Utilize Agile or hybrid methodologies for project execution.

• 8+ years of Project Management experience, including 5+ years in Healthcare IT / Clinical Systems .
• Proven experience leading EHR/EMR, interoperability, or healthcare data integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance, HL7, and healthcare data privacy .
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and O365 tools .
• PMP and CSM certification required.
