We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Night Audit / Front Desk Associate for a client hotel. This overnight role is crucial for ensuring smooth front desk operations, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional guest service.
Serve as the overnight point of contact for hotel guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Audit nightly financial transactions, verify reports, and maintain accurate records.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues efficiently.
Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the overnight shift.
Maintain an organized front desk and work area.
High school diploma or equivalent; prior hotel or front desk experience preferred.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
Ability to work overnight hours (11 PM 7 AM).
Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
