IT Liaison – Health Clinic

Description
A busy healthcare clinic in Brooklyn is looking for a responsible IT Liaison to be the bridge between the clinic and our outside MSP/IT company. We need someone organized, tech-savvy, and able to take full ownership of all IT projects, open tickets, and system issues.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands computers, networks, software, and general IT basics and knows how to stay on top of things until they’re fully resolved. Your job is to make sure everything in the clinic stays up and running smoothly with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
• Be the main point of contact between the clinic and the MSP/IT team
• Track all open issues and make sure they’re handled quickly and correctly
• Ensure computers, phones, printers, Wi-Fi, and systems are working properly
• Stay on top of updates, installs, and equipment needs
• Coordinate and follow through on new IT projects from start to finish
• Troubleshoot basic problems on the spot, and escalate when needed
• Make sure downtime is avoided and staff can work without interruptions
• Keep clear notes and updates for management on ongoing tasks
Qualifications & Must-Haves
• Solid understanding of IT basics (computers, networks, software, troubleshooting)
• Organized, responsible, and able to follow through until a job is done
• Good communicator, able to speak with both staff and the MSP comfortably
• Able to juggle multiple IT tasks and prioritize what’s urgent
• Yiddish speaking preferred
• Experience in a clinic, office, or similar environment is a plus
• Calm, patient, and helpful personality — able to assist staff with care and respect
