Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate industry. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to our employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to all staff members for hardware, software, and network related issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies
Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and procedures
Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, routers, and switches
Train staff on the proper use of IT systems and software
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and solutions

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Desired Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience working in a real estate or property management industry is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $34,000 per year
Maximum Salary: $74,500 per year
Currency: USD
