Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to all staff members for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies
- Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, routers, and switches
- Train staff on the proper use of IT systems and software
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and solutions
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a real estate or property management industry is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $34,000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $74,500 per year
