About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ocean Import Specialist or Supervisor to oversee and manage international import operations. This role will coordinate shipments with overseas agents, ensure smooth customs clearance, and provide outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of ocean import/export experience and the ability to lead processes at a supervisory level.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas agents to initiate and manage ocean import processes.
  
• Facilitate customs clearance by working with customs brokers and regulatory agencies.
  
• Monitor, track, and update shipment delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Accurately enter and maintain servicing and shipment information in internal systems.
  
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience in ocean import/export operations (supervisory/manager-level experience preferred).
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .
  
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) .
  
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
