Our client is a top litigation boutique and is adding an Accounting Specialist to help keep the financial operations accurate and efficient. If you’re organized, detail-driven, and love working with numbers in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily accounting tasks — A/P, A/R, and reconciliations.
Prepare and process client bills and expenses.
Support month-end reporting and data entry.
Assist with trust/IOLTA account management.
Work with attorneys and staff to ensure billing accuracy.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of accounting experience (law firm experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting/billing software.
Team-oriented, professional, and dependable.
