Pay: $22–$24/hr (depending on experience)
Shift: 7 PM–7 AM • 2/2/3 Rotating • Every other weekend off
Start: Immediate — Orientation Wednesday
We have an urgent need for a skilled Production Operator Level 3 to lead a production line, operate thermoforming equipment, and keep our manufacturing process running safely and efficiently. Ideal for experienced Machine Operators or recent technical school grads with strong mechanical aptitude.
Lead daily production on your assigned machine line
Load/unload rolls, set machine parameters, start/stop equipment
Operate thermoforming, automation, grinders, stackers, and support equipment
Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and digital gauges
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic preventative maintenance
Maintain documentation, housekeeping, and safety standards
Previous Machine Operator experience (manufacturing required)
Ability to read micrometers, calipers, pressure & digital gauges
Mechanical aptitude + basic troubleshooting skills
