We’re seeking a **Digital Media Specialist VA** with proven experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. You’ll play a critical role in planning, executing, and analyzing performance across multiple paid media platforms. If you’re a data-driven marketer with a passion for maximizing ROI and improving campaign performance, this role is for you!
* **Media Planning & Proposal Support:** Develop digital media plans based on objectives, audience, and budget. Recommend platforms, forecast reach and performance, and prepare proposals or schedules.
* **Campaign Setup & Execution:** Set up, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube with precision.
* **Performance Monitoring & Optimization:** Continuously track live campaigns and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives to improve key KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS).
* **Reporting & Analysis:** Prepare performance reports using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and other tools—providing insights and actionable recommendations.
* **Tracking & Data Management:** Verify tag setups, maintain tracking accuracy, and ensure all analytics are properly integrated and functional.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members through project management and communication platforms to ensure seamless coordination.
* 2+ years of experience in paid media management or digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of **Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube Ads**.
* Proficient in **Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio**.
* Skilled in analyzing data and making informed, performance-driven decisions.
* Excellent attention to detail in QA processes and budget management.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with **Asana** and **Google Chat** is a plus.
* **Ad Platforms:** Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Yahoo DSP
* **Analytics & Reporting:** GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Supermetrics
* **Project Management & Communication:** Asana, Google Chat
* **Full-Time: 40 hours per week**
* **Schedule:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Singapore Time, UTC +8)
* **Rate:** **$6–7 per hour**
