Job Summary

This role is responsible for overall maintenance and repair of production molds/forms along automated manufacturing lines.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, adjust and repair production equipment and molds as assigned
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, change parts and complete tasks as assigned
• Install molds and mold components and test to ensure proper functioning
• Dismantle molds to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoists, hand tools and power tools
• Lubricate and clean parts and equipment to ensure proper operation
• Review product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance assuring product meets quality requirements
• Assist other operators to set up machines and any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting performing manufacturing maintenance
• Previous experience in plant machine maintenance; welding (preferred but can work around)
