We are seeking a skilled Mold & Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various manufacturing processes. This role requires proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to efficient production operations.

In this hands-on role, you will perform mold repair, maintenance, and assembly work that keeps production running smoothly. Whether you’re assembling new tooling or bringing legacy molds back to life, your work directly contributes to the success of our customers and our business.

What You Will Do:

• Perform a full range of tool work, focusing on mold maintenance
• Assemble and fit mold components to blueprint specifications
• Perform mold maintenance, repair, and refurbishment
• Operate a variety of manual machine tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment
• Use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify tolerances
• Final fit and inspect subassemblies and components before release
• Identify and implement repair process improvements for efficiency and quality
• Support and share knowledge with peers across the shop
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as needed

✅ Qualifications:

• 2–3 years’ experience working with hand tools and mechanical assembly
• Familiarity with precision measuring equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical documentation is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Forklift and crane experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, lifting, and repetitive hand tool use
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, production environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
