We’re hiring Entry-Level Nonprofit Outreach Associates to support live events, community engagement campaigns, and fundraising initiatives for mission-driven organizations . This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for individuals eager to gain experience in marketing, nonprofit outreach, and community engagement . No prior experience required —we provide full paid training and mentorship.

Role Overview

As a Nonprofit Outreach Associate, you’ll represent nonprofit organizations at events and community activations, helping to raise awareness, drive participation, and increase support . You’ll work directly with teams to execute campaigns, engage with the public, and ensure a positive experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit clients professionally and enthusiastically at community events and outreach campaigns

• Engage with attendees to share organizational missions, programs, and volunteer/donation opportunities

• Assist with event setup, promotional materials, and booth management

• Track and report engagement metrics, donor participation, and community interactions

• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals

• Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable presence throughout events

Qualifications

• No prior experience required —paid training provided

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with the public

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in fast-paced environments

• Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to event-based work

• Available for occasional weekends or evenings

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but not required: Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, volunteer work, or community engagement
