We’re hiring Entry-Level Nonprofit Outreach Associates to support live events, community engagement campaigns, and fundraising initiatives for mission-driven organizations . This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for individuals eager to gain experience in marketing, nonprofit outreach, and community engagement . No prior experience required —we provide full paid training and mentorship.
As a Nonprofit Outreach Associate, you’ll represent nonprofit organizations at events and community activations, helping to raise awareness, drive participation, and increase support . You’ll work directly with teams to execute campaigns, engage with the public, and ensure a positive experience for all participants.
Represent nonprofit clients professionally and enthusiastically at community events and outreach campaigns
Engage with attendees to share organizational missions, programs, and volunteer/donation opportunities
Assist with event setup, promotional materials, and booth management
Track and report engagement metrics, donor participation, and community interactions
Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals
Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable presence throughout events
No prior experience required —paid training provided
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with the public
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in fast-paced environments
Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to event-based work
Available for occasional weekends or evenings
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but not required: Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, volunteer work, or community engagement
