You are always ready to steady the ship when waters are choppy and to inspire the team and delight clients with your insight, ideas and advice.
You know how to cut through the buzzwords and industry jargon to hone a communications strategy that drives business results. You are passionate about what you do, enjoy strategic planning as much as tactical execution. You are able to assess chaos and instinctively attempt to make order out of it.
You see a challenge and reflexively devise a path for how to overcome it. You are able to set goals and immediately formulate a plan to achieve them. We are looking for an exceptional person to join our North America B2B team as a Public Relations Account Director.
A Hotwire Director is a key member of the management team that has three core areas of responsibility: client management, leading teams and contributing to agency success. They own and manage a portfolio of clients from relationship management to strategy development and vision with an eye towards revenue and profitability targets. Directors are also expected to contribute to agency initiatives, such as marketing, business development, new product/service development, as a member of the extended management team.

Compensation Range: $98,000 - $137,000, depending on level of experience
The range listed is just one component of Hotwire’s total compensation package for employees, which includes bonus opportunities and a variety of benefits mentioned above. Hotwire takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected work to be performed, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. A potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
