A collaborative and mission-driven community health organization in southern New York is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. This role involves providing comprehensive pediatric care to a diverse and underserved population in an outpatient setting.
Deliver primary care services including well-child visits, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Conduct developmental screenings, health education, and preventive care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, family-centered care

Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license with a pediatric focus
Minimum of one year of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a community or outpatient setting
Current DEA certification without restriction
Eligible to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer programs
