Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our fun energetic early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing engaging lessons with already customized KinderCare curriculum that promote literacy education, social and emotional skills, and effective communication with both students and parents. If you have experience working with preschool-aged children and a commitment to their growth and learning, we encourage you to apply. If you do not have experience but love children we are willing to train so you can pursue a career in Early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a safe and productive learning space.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom activities.
  • Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special education needs.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress in literacy education and other developmental areas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.


Skills:

  • Proficient in lesson planning tailored to preschool curriculum requirements.
  • Strong behavior management skills to guide young children effectively.
  • Experience working with students in a preschool setting is essential.
  • Ability to educate young learners in foundational literacy skills.
  • Knowledge of toddler care practices that promote healthy development.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff.
  • Familiarity with special education strategies to support diverse learning needs.
  • Understanding of standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood education.
