Keller Williams is seeking a motivated, results-driven Productivity Coach to join our team.
In this role, you will coach, train, and mentor real estate agents to help them reach their professional and financial goals. The Productivity Coach is a key driver in moving non-capping associates into capping status, ensuring agents achieve higher levels of production and long-term success.

• Provide coaching, training, and accountability for agents at all levels
• Help agents develop business plans and implement proven models

• Support agents in reaching their income and production goals

• Mentor non-capping associates, empowering them to achieve capping status and maximize their potential.
• Provide consistent coaching and training, fostering a culture of growth and support within the team.
• Hold agents accountable to their goals, offering encouragement and actionable feedback to drive progress.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, sharing industry insights and best practices to enhance agent productivity.
• Collaborate with agents to identify and overcome obstacles, ensuring they stay on track to meet their objectives.
Qualifications:
• Experience in coaching or mentoring professionals, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of helping individuals achieve their professional and financial goals.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized business plans that drive success.
• Strong leadership skills, with the capacity to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear, actionable feedback.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented team culture.
• Ability to facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions that enhance productivity and knowledge sharing.
