We are looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to develop our market across the USA. The ideal candidate is self-regulating, tech-savvy, a relationship builder possesses high emotional intelligence, and is results-driven.

This is a remote / field position reporting to the Head of National Sales and with frequent travel requirements. Preference given to candidates based in the city or surrounding areas for the required territory.

What you will be responsible for:
  • Closing new business for Fullpath
  • Consistently hitting or exceeding business goals
  • Representing our products to customers in a way that sets the base for a long-lasting business relationship
  • Being process-oriented in your follow-up activities and accurately reporting them in our CRM
  • Conducting excellent, engaging, and accurate online demos of our software solutions
  • Building a network of prospective clients and nurturing relationships
  • Being proactive in building a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Being a team player and creating strong collaborative relationships with marketing and customer success

Annual base starting salary: $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. On target earnings (base + variable) range from $223,000 to $238,000 with the potential to earn more.

Benefits Options: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP, 15 vacation days per year to start, 80 hours of sick leave, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, & 401k.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years experience in automotive B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven experience in conducting strong on-site and remote software solutions demos
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into a sales pitch adapted to your audience
  • Proven history of hitting or exceeding quota consistently
  • SaaS savvy: complete and total comfort in using modern platforms like Google Docs, web-CRM, Expensify, etc
  • Marketing tech-savvy: with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads
  • Proactive and goal-oriented: you take initiative to ensure that you are hitting your goals
  • Excellent follow-up skills using CRM tools
  • High level of accountability and work ethics
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Must be located in or adjacent to the territory and willing/able to travel frequently within the territory.
  • Must have valid driver’s license; ability to travel domestically by plane
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, both of which are key aspects of this role.
  • Ability to perform job duties from a home office, when applicable, utilizing necessary technology and maintaining productivity.
  • Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job to ensure consistent workflow and communication.
