**About the Role:**
We’re looking for a **Senior Web3 Developer** to join our remote team and help scale a real-world token presale and staking platform that connects crypto with everyday services like food preorders and loyalty rewards.
You’ll be part of a lean, highly collaborative team building the next phase of our dApp — including **staking mechanics, on-chain rewards, and user dashboards.**
**Role Details:**
* **Position:** Senior Web3 Developer
* **Tech Stack:** ethers.js, Solidity, React, TypeScript, Vite
* **Work Type:** Fully Remote, async-friendly
* **Schedule:** Full-time or part-time (up to 40 hrs/week)
* **Engagement:** Full-time or hourly contract (1099 or international equivalent)
* **Compensation:** $120k–$250k/year for full-time, or $90–$180/hr for hourly (based on experience & specialization)

* Strong experience with **ethers.js, Solidity, and smart contract development**
* Comfortable working across the stack (React.js, TypeScript)
* Solid **Web3 integration** skills and understanding of dApp architecture
* Clean coding practices, attention to detail, and solid Git workflow
* Self-starter with an async, team-first mindset
* Proven ability to work with and iterate on existing codebases
