Yoder's Property Maintenance is a faith-based residential construction company specializing in roofing, siding, decks, and remodels. Known for dependable service and quality craftsmanship, we help homeowners bring their projects to life while upholding honesty, hard work, and traditional values in everything we do.

What You'll Do as a Construction Worker/Driver:

• Drive the company pickup truck and trailer to and from job sites.
• Assist with exterior remodeling and renovation projects under the direction of the crew leader.
• Operate hand and power tools to complete framing, siding, roofing, or general construction tasks.
• Load, unload, & organize materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly job site.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Learn new construction skills through hands-on experience and on-the-job training.
• Travel primarily within a 30-minute radius of the shop, with occasional trips to the Harrisburg or Mechanicsburg areas.
• Work full-time, reporting to the shop at 6:30 AM and returning by 4:00 PM.

Our Ideal Construction Worker/Driver:

• Experienced: Must have experience driving a truck and trailer. Prior experience in a skilled trade such as framing, roofing, siding, drywall installation, carpentry, or general residential construction is preferred but not required; we provide training.
• Reliable & Punctual: Arrives on time, follows instructions, and can be counted on to complete each task consistently.
• Analytical & Organized: Thinks ahead, keeps materials and tools in order, and maintains an efficient workflow on every job site.
• Hardworking: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and takes pride in quality work, even in challenging conditions.
• Active: Able to lift 50+ pounds, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physical labor, including bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and working from ladders.
