Job Description

Holla Spirits seeks a full-time Sales Representative for North West PA.

Holla Spirits is seeking a NW Sales Rep to support sales growth and distribution expansion. The sales representative will support the business by executing against our vision to aggressively scale our innovative spirits products into on and off premise channels in Pennsylvania. 
Our ideal candidate has extensive experience within the beverage alcohol industry in sales roles and understands the compliance complexities of the three-tier distribution system.

Location: Remote & Traveling. Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Clarion, Crawford, and Erie Counties. 

Objectives & Responsibilities:
  • Expand distribution as well as velocity and pull-through in both the PA on and off premise channels
  • Personally calling on home territory accounts and forging partnerships with Key accounts
  • Build brand engagement with the trade both on and off-premise by implementing marketing initiatives and programs as directed by the Chief Sales Officer
  • Implement creative scalable brand-building ideas at the account level that generate high levels of new distribution & depletions
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with accounts
  • Align to company strategy and brand positioning
  • Execute and implement the established strategies to support brand direction and sales growth
  • Maintain communication with distributors and sales leads to achieve volume targets
  • Execute KPI’s as communicated by the Chief Sales Officer
  • Provide detailed recaps of activities and programs on a weekly basis
  • Help with Trade Shows and important events
  • Participate in weekly internal sales meetings
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Federal and State laws and company policies
  • Operate within established budgets
  • Working with our managers and salespeople in the trade
  • Maintain a positive attitude.  Attitude drives altitude! 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Residency in sales territory
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prefer a minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the beverage alcohol industry
  • Leadership skills and personal integrity
  • A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Strong, well-established relationships with the Philadelphia on-premise accounts
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills
  • Proven track record of contributing and driving brand vision
  • Experience in developing and executing strategy focused on route to market
  • Prefer a candidate with similar experience with a high growth-oriented spirits brand
  • Candidates with the ability to network within their expansive sphere of contacts
  • Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner and use good judgment when working around alcoholic beverages
  • Experience in G-Suite
