This role can participate in assigned lines of business with moderate or heavy coaching and guidance to securely deploy all facets of an assigned line of business to meet business outcomes. Requires supervision in engaging with management concerns. Not required to be a SME lead on any topic. Entry level learning with basic competency in following documented SOP and processes. Thorough understanding of CIA triad required. Reporting to the SVP Technology Risk Management, this position will work with a diverse and multi-regional team of information security professionals ensuring SitusAMC meets its follow-the-sun model.

• Understand and apply subject areas such as: Network Security Architecture, Application Security Remediation / Scans, Application Publication, Active Directory and enterprise IAM, Application Security and IAM, OnPrem Security Monitoring, Cloud, applications, and toolset Guardrails and policies, Enterprise Guardrails and policies, Cloud Security Monitoring, Container Security, Cyber Resiliency, Database and Data Storage Security, Audits and Security Frameworks, Threat Detection and Response, Global Vendor Management, Cyber Awareness, Attack Surface Reduction, Security Analytics, Third Party Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, and Security Architecture
• Ensures remediations are successfully implemented on time and escalating risks and challenges to leadership in proactive manner
• Provides consultation on compliance and controls issues
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years in a security role strategic and hands on
• Solid knowledge and understanding of IT Risk Management and Compliance
• Ability to resolve complex security issues
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Process definition and documentation experience preferred
• Enhanced knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding GLBA, GDPR, CFPB, FDIC, SEC, as well as state privacy laws such as CCPA and 23 NYCRR 500 would be preferred

• The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

• Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard use
• Alternating between sitting or standing as needed
• Hearing, talking, reaching, grasping

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($50,000 $83,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
