Job Description

A career at Trove Nutrition is an opportunity to shape the voice of a brand people love and trust. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our brand team to craft copy that turns complex nutrition science into content that’s engaging, clear, and impossible to ignore. We’re looking for someone with health & wellness or sports supplement expertise who can deliver a fun, witty, and approachable tone- making serious science feel simple, authentic, and human.

This master wordsmith will be expected to write epic scripts, punchy headlines, compelling emails, enticing packaging copy, and more.

This role will report to the Director of Brand Experience in Lehi, Utah.

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Write clear, compelling, and persuasive copy across various mediums including digital, print, social media, and video.
• Maintain and enhance the brand’s voice and tone across all communications.
• Review and edit copy for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Engage with brand team to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into copy development.
• Work closely with designers and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep copy fresh and relevant.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality cop

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of copywriting experience.
• Genuine passion for writing, culture, and creativity.
• Excellent writing and copy-editing skills.
• Keen understanding of grammar and spelling.
• Ability to collaborate with others and take feedback.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced workplace and meeting strict deadlines.
• Highly organized and proactive.
