Staff Accountant

System One is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join a client here in Tulsa. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who is eager to contribute, grow, and make an impact in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

• Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements

• Analyze financial data and provide reporting as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles considered)

• Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently or as part of a team
